Kiler Ridge is tucked into the rolling hills above Paso Robles, where founders Audrey Burnam and Gregg Bone have turned a passion for olive oil into a true Central Coast gem. Their journey began during a bicycle tour through Tuscany, where they were struck by the bold, grassy intensity of the local olive oils – far more vibrant than anything they had tasted back in the U.S.
Inspired by that experience, Audrey and Gregg moved to Paso Robles in 2004 and planted their first 835 Tuscan olive trees the following year. Around the same time, they began construction on a straw bale building, designed to naturally insulate and regulate temperature. By 2010, Kiler Ridge was producing and selling estate-grown, certified extra virgin olive oil.
Starting next week, we’re excited to offer a large-format bottle of Kiler Ridge olive oil as an add-on to your Talley Box.
