Combine salt, pepper, flour, red pepper flakes, garlic, and onion powder in a large bowl.
Slice tofu and squeeze out excess water between paper towels. Cut slices into 1-inch cubes and add to bowl, tossing well.
Add soy sauce, sesame oil and honey to bowl and stir to coat. Cut broccoli into small florets and mix with tofu.
Heat more sesame oil in the pan and over medium-high heat, cook tofu/broccoli mixture for approx. 10 minutes until broccoli is easily pierced with a fork and tofu is toasty brown and cooked through.
