Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1/2 cup frozen berries
4 apricots, halved
1/4 cup yogurt
1 lemon, freshly squeezed
1-2 celery sticks
1 handful spinach or beet tops
1 cup ice
1/2 cup water
Directions
Combine smoothie ingredients into a blender, using more or less water as needed for desired consistency. Feel free to swap the fruit or veggies with whatever you have on hand. Enjoy!
