Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen berries
  • 4 apricots, halved
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
  • 1-2 celery sticks
  • 1 handful spinach or beet tops
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. Combine smoothie ingredients into a blender, using more or less water as needed for desired consistency. Feel free to swap the fruit or veggies with whatever you have on hand. Enjoy!
