Avocado Hummus
Ingredients
2 cups of cooked and cooled garbanzo beans
2 medium ripe avocado
1 tbsp cilantro leaves
2 cloves garlic chopped
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp tahini paste
Red pepper flakes to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1/8 tsp cumin
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Place garbanzo beans in food processor. Pulse about 20 seconds.
Add everything (except olive oil) pulse until well blended.
Slowly add oil while blending to a thick but ‘dip able’ consistency.
