Bagel with Smoked Salmon and Sprouts

Ingredients

  • Plain bagels
  • Smoked salmon or lox
  • Sliced red onion
  • Sprouts
  • 1 (8oz) block cream cheese
  • 1 Green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  1. To make the herbed cream cheese, mix together softened room-temp cream cheese with garlic powder, minced green onion and dill. (This also makes a wonderful spread for crackers with smoked salmon)
  2. To assemble, toast a bagel and spread on the herbed cream cheese. Add smoked salmon or lox, thinly sliced red onion and sprouts.
