Perfect to bring as an appetizer to a party or enjoy as a snack!
Ingredients
1 cantaloupe, seeded and cut in 1 inch chunks
1- 8 oz. container of mozzarella balls, cut in half
8-10 slices of prosciutto, cut up into pieces
Basil leaves for topping, folded in half
Balsamic glaze to drizzle
Directions
Once everything is cut up, use tooth picks to assemble skewers. Place a chunk of cantaloupe at the bottom of the tooth pick, then a slice of prosciutto, a piece of mozzarella, then a basil leaf on top. Once all the skewers are assembled on a plate or tray, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
