Cilantro Lime Sweet Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon minced lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon grated jalapeno, use fine grater (minus seeds and ribs)
  • 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt, pepper to taste
  • 4 ears sweet corn

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, brush on cooked corn from the BBQ and enjoy!
