English peas (from your Fresh Harvest box! About 12 ounces)
2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chicken stock
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and sauté until onions are clear and soft. Add peas and chicken stock and cover. Let simmer for 10 minutes, or until peas are soft and heated through. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
