Napa Cabbage Slaw

Napa cabbage slaw has a subtly different flavor and texture than classic cole slaw and is particularly tasty if you add fruit.


  • 2 cups diced mango
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced (optional)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-4 cups shredded Napa cabbage (depends on how much “dressing” you like)
  • 4 Tablespoon rice or red wine vinegar


  1. Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate for about 3 hours before serving or overnight.
