Old Amish Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

Lemon cucumbers, or regular cucumbers
Thinly sliced sweet onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Sesame seeds
Sour cream

Directions

Mix lemon cucumbers and onions. Salt to taste. Cover with seasoned rice vinegar and let sit for an hour, stirring occasionally.
Drain the vinegar. Add roasted sesame seeds and just a dab of sour cream and serve!
