Wash your zucchini and slice crosswise into slices. Put the slices in a bowl and mix with 2-3 Tablespoons olive oil and 2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning. Let stand at room temperature for 2-3 hours if possible. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté on the stove or on the BBQ in a wired BBQ pan. Cook until doneness is to your liking.
For the seasoning:
Combine all ingredients in a tight container, shake until mixed. Store extra in a cool dark place for up to 6 months.
