Combine salt, pepper, flour, red pepper flakes, garlic and onion powder in a large bowl. Cut chicken breasts in 1–2-inch slices. Add chicken to bowl and toss well. Add soy sauce, sesame oil and honey and stir to coat. Set aside.
Cut broccoli into small florets. Using more sesame oil, stir fry the broccoli florets in a large skillet until easily pierced with a fork. Remove broccoli from pan and keep warm.
Heat more sesame oil in the pan and over medium-high heat, cook chicken, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked thru, about 10-15 minutes. (You may need to cook the chicken in 2 batches, depending on how much chicken you have.) Add broccoli back to skillet and mix with chicken. Serve with brown rice and a salad.
