Smoked Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 4-6 ears of corn, shucked
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Seasoning of your choice

Directions

  1. Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and brush onto corn, then season with your preferred seasoning.
  3. Please corn directly on smoker grates then close lid.
  4. Cook for 20-25 minutes then baste with butter again.
  5. Cooking for another 20-25 minutes then remove from smoker and let cool for 5 minutes.
