1/4 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 Oranges – peeled, divided and sliced in half
1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries
1/2 cup roasted sliced almonds
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
Directions
Place servings of spinach onto salad plates. Top with red onion, oranges, cranberries, sliced almonds and feta cheese in that order. Drizzle dressing over each salad.
