Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Skewers

Perfect to bring as an appetizer to a party or enjoy as a snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 cantaloupe, seeded and cut in 1 inch chunks
  • 1- 8 oz. container of mozzarella balls, cut in half
  • 8-10 slices of prosciutto, cut up into pieces
  • Basil leaves for topping, folded in half
  • Balsamic glaze to drizzle

Directions

  1. Once everything is cut up, use tooth picks to assemble skewers. Place a chunk of cantaloupe at the bottom of the tooth pick, then a slice of prosciutto, a piece of mozzarella, then a basil leaf on top. Once all the skewers are assembled on a plate or tray, drizzle with balsamic glaze and enjoy!
