Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

1 lb strawberries, finely chopped
1 jalapeno, minced (use seeds and veins for extra heat, remove them for less heat)
2 thin slices red onion, minced
1 tsp olive oil
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1 avocado (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss!
Note: Do not make the salsa too far in advance or the berries will start to degrade.
