Red Wine Vinegar Salad Dressing

Ingredients

6 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon pepper
2 small cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Add red wine vinegar to salad dressing jar or bowl.
Whisk in sugar, pepper, salt, oil and garlic, until sugar is dissolved.
Store in refrigerator. Shake well before use.
